Another proud collection from California, Walt
Costa. Glad to have you aboard! Jamie Linford took these photos, but since I
don't know very much about Cap Guns myself, I haven't labeled much of what
you're seeing. |

Walt's collections is rather
vast, but it isn't all Cap Guns, but encompasses the entire spectrum of the
hobby. Here we have Conchos from various companies. That display in the middle
is one that I have never seen before and is probably worth what my entire
collection is worth. But please remember, you can't really compare yourself to
these people who have spent a lifetime collecting these thingseven before
eBay was invented! Instead you should collect these things out of the pure joy
of ownership. Except for this website and some of the better shows, you
probably won't ever see these things in your lifetime. But that is one of the
reasons I built this site and one of the reasons why you should pester your
collector friends to have their collections included as well.
Tomahawks! Right on top of a Happy Trails blanket or carpet.
(?)
You might think that Davy Crockett stuff is common from these
last two photos, but no so much. And you pay through the nose.
I could sell nice glass cases like this if I could get them
easily. It looks like a chuckwagon to me.
More Davy stuff to lure you into thinking it is very
common.
