Tophand 250 Mint on Card

Though there were plenty of these made, it is surprisingly difficult to find them mint on the card. My guess is that this one was made towards the end of Uncle Talley's career with the company, and then a little later they started having a "Nichols Kid" on their covers, etc. and saying, "Kusan." A funny aside is that these days you can't ship caps for the gun in the U.S. mail. They are termed "explosives," and the government is scared to death of them. In the old days that was the ONLY way they were ever shipped. Show me any documented event in the history of the world where caps, being shipped in the mail, ever caused a problem! We've turned into a nation of cowards and overreact to everything! (rant)
