![](graphics/clr_dot.gif) The Model 95 Carbine was one of the Nichols
Industries Cap Guns that shot the famous 3-piece bulets. However, this one
actually held them in a clip! Fill up the clip with loaded ammo, and you were
ready for nearly anything. Since it held 5 bullets, then you could cock the
lever and reload very quickly.
![](graphics/clr_dot.gif) This is another example of a Nichols Cap Gun that,
when in mint condition (especially if with a box), easily can be worth MORE
than the real gun!!! Amazing, huh? There are several Nichols Cap Guns like
this. There are only a few of the boxes to this rifle left in the whole world.
You would think that just one would be mine, wouldn't you?

![](graphics/95carbine.jpg) This is the actual Model 95 Carbine. You
won't see many of these!

![](graphics/95carbinedrawing.jpg) A drawing
from an old catalog of the Model 95. This shows the 3-piece bullet. Some owners
have called this a 4-piece bullet (counting the cap), as they say that some of
the catalogs have referred to it in this way. No matter what you call it, a
dozen cases of these bullets would be worth the price of an average
automobile.
